This box is convenient and simple way to grab a handful of cotton candy when you crave something special. Cotton candy is considered a local flavor in Anatolian culture in Turkey.
Among the traditional Turkish desserts this product is the most difficult and laborious to make. The most important factor that affects the quality of the product is that the master in charge takes his attention from the product even for a moment. The essence of Pismaniye consists of flour, sugar and oil. The patisserie dough prepared by roasting flour and oil is spread in sufficient quantity on the machine used for making patisserie. The sugar, which has reached its degree, is poured into the resting benches to be cooled. The cooled and whitened sugar is combined with the previously prepared dough in the machine and its construction begins.
After completing the formation of the pismaniye, it is plucked and rested, and finally, thanks to dexterous hands, it is made "ball-ball" with anti-bacterial glasses. After this stage, the boxed and packaged candies are made ready for distribution and sale.
