Zurek Kujawski or sour soup is one of the traditional old Polish soups, which is recognized throughout the Polish. You can add to the soup cream and white sausage. Traditional soup will delight everyone. Traditional recipes guarantee a strong flavor, and the addition of spices - the perfect flavor.
Preparation: pour the contents of the bag into 750 ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for approximately 3 minutes, stirring from time to time. Makes 4 servings.
