Since 1953 in the heart of the Gers, Ducs de Gascogne has been a manufacturer of whole foie gras, block of foie gras as well as local specialties, and a breeder of regional products, under the sign of craftsmanship and quality. is also at the heart of its activity: drawing inspiration from traditional recipes from the southwest and current culinary trends, the company creates new recipes each year.
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary, Ducs De Gascogne produces this terrine again: it is the first recipe created by Gabriel Dubarry in 1953 within the family business.
This recipe is the expression of good Gascon eating: quality ingredients, simple and fair spices and some manufacturing secrets. This product will ensure the success of Ducs de Gascogne pâtés and terrines for a long time.
