Edmond Fallot Yuzu Mustard is a classic piquant mustard combined with Yuzu, the small Japanese citrus, with a taste which is in between lime and yellow grapefruit. It’s a remarkable combination resulting in a mustard that is zingy and fresh.
It’s fabulous with all hot and cold meats.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
We love Edmond Fallot mustards which are produced in Beaune, France – near Dijon. The family-owned company was started in 1840 and is now in the hands of Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Désarménien. Mustard seeds are selected for their high quality and ground in a traditional stone mill. This traditional process preserves the pure flavour and texture of the ingredients.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, juice of yuzu 6%, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, acid: citric acid, spice.
