Eleya 100% natural unrefined sunflower oil produced by pressing.
Great for salads, cold appetizers, home canning. It has the aroma of seeds and the taste of traditional sunflower oil.
A light blue cheese sauce with sunflower oil (to prepare it, butter and cheese are whipped in a blender with lemon juice, a drop of vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, mustard and honey) - this is an excellent addition to vegetable dishes, pasta, Mediterranean cuisine.
