Godard Roasted Pork Shoulder Tin 450g / Epaule de Porc Rotie

This roasted shoulder of pork from Godard is perfect for a quick and easy meal. Eat it at room temperature or slightly chilled.

The smell, appearance, and texture of the pork itself are superb, it comes with a liberal amount of pork stock/sauce from the cooking process, which has great flavour. If you cooked a good quality joint of pork from scratch, and served it cold, you would be hard put to beat this!

We love it served with a quality dijon mustard a simple green leaf salad, and some crusty bread.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder (origin:France), salt, jelly (lactose, soya), gelatine, spices.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Maison Godard was founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard in Gourdon, a medieval village inside the Quercy-Périgord region of France. Using only the best produce from the region they became renowned for the supreme quality of their foie gras, specialities with foie gras, confits, pâtés and ready made-meals. Later their children Pascal and Annabel joined the business to continue the tradition of quality and authenticity that the family is famous for.
