Already in the fifteenth century, Klädes holmen was a well-known fishing village outside Tjörn in Sweden. The place's strong connection to different kinds of fish has been evident for many hundreds of years.
This Salmon spread is made from selected pieces of salmon and has become very popular in other countries as well. It's been a part of the breakfast table for many generations in various designs and now you can try it and see for yourself.
Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, smoked SALMON (Salmo salar 32%), cod chrome (Gadus morhua 8%), water, sugar, salt, tomato puree, vinegar, potato flakes, preservative E211, antioxidant E300.
