Secret starter is a part of kvass "Ochakovskiy" recipe and based on the stories of old residents of Russian villages.

Ingredients: prepared water, sugar, concentrated unfermented wort (rye flour, rye malt), pure yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria in the form of a mixed yeast, carbon dioxide.
