These gingerbread cookies, also known as Lebkuchen are thick, rich and soft. The dough contains candied orange peel, apricots and even figs. With a dark chocolate base and a cracked glaze on top, it is like eating thin cookie cakes. Made in Aachen, Germany.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat and Egg. Processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts (Hazelnuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew Kernels, Coconut, Pistachios), Peanuts, Milk, and Soy.
