This delicious dish of the famous Toulouse Sausage served with Lentils from Jean Larnaudie in the South-west of France will delight lovers of this French bistro classic. Made with the classic Toulouse pork sausage, French lentils and a delicious traditional sauce.

With some nice crusty bread on the side, and a glass of red wine, this meal is the classic French winter warmer. Simply pour the Toulouse Sausages with lentils into a casserole dish and simmer on a low heat. Serve when hot.

Through the decades, Jean Larnaudie has developed a high expertise in premium foie-gras and thanks to the purchase of Canards d’Auzan, has developed a 100% south-western affiliate network made up of over 160 breeders / feeders.
