Melvit Boil-in-Bag Groats Millet 400g / Jaglana Kasza

Melvit's portioned groat packets make all those things possible all at once. Their high quality millet groats from Poland are one of the many fine selections of groats we offer.

This product contains gluten.

One of the many simple recipes for millet can be made at home with simple ingredients.

You will need:

2 onions, 2 capsicums, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 satchels of millet, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of red beans, 1 cup of stock of your choosing, 1/2 cans of corn, 250g of ground beef, soy sauce, sweet chili, paprika, oregano, ground cumin.

Prepare by boiling millet and red beans as shown on the packaging. Cut onion and capsicum then fry in a pan. Crush garlic over the mix then add minced meat and fry. Spice the dish to your taste and cover with a lid to let stew. Add to the millet and beans and serve.
