Its thin, delicate skin allows the flavor of the fig to shine through. It makes it the perfect fig for bathing in Jerez's Pedro Ximenez Sherry. The ripened flavor of raisin/fig with a touch of acidity, a honey aroma and a velvety texture complements the Pajarero perfectly.
