Paneangeli Baking Ammonia 3 Sachets 27g / Ammoniaca per biscotti
Instant baking powder based on ammonium bicarbonate with aroma, which rounds the taste with a delicate note.
Ideal for the preparation of dry biscuits, crunchy and crumbly for a long time, with different shapes and tastes, such as donuts, cantucci.
How to use: Add it to flour and sugar, without dissolving it in milk. During cooking, the smell of ammonia will develop, it will disappear as the cookies cool. Air the room after cooking. A 9g sachet is suitable for up to 500g of flour.
Ingredients: Raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate (E 503ii)), flavoring, anti-caking agent (magnesium carbonates (E 504)), stabilizer (sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids (E 470a)).
