Salceson is an excellent alternative to a regular sausage. Our salceson is made from boiled pork meat and tongue. It will be a perfect holiday dish which will be loved be everyone who tries it.
It goes very well with hot or spicy sauce and rye bread.

Ingredients: pork tongues, pork meat, brine (water, salt, cure (salt, mineral salts), spices, dried glucose syrup, vegetable protein, sodium nitrite.
