Pelmeni is a traditional Russian food which is now enjoyed by millions around the world. Fast and easy to cook, these pelmeni are superb for snacking as well as a perfect base for any meal guaranteed to excite your taste-buds.

Keep frozen at -18 C

Cooking instructions: fill a pot with water and bring it to boil, add salt to enhance the taste. Add frozen pelmeni, gently stirring them to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Allow the pelmeni to float to the top, then let them simmer for 4 minutes or until pastry is fully cooked. Drain and serve.
