Schwartau Gooseberry Jam is a traditional jam with the great flavour of tangy gooseberries. It's delicious served on a toast or put in the base of a sponge pudding.
Gooseberries are particularly popular as a topping, crumble or compote.
Schwartau Gooseberry Jam is made of the best quality gooseberries from Poland. The Schwartau gooseberry is light green, red, golden yellow or has bright stripes. The pulp is evenly coloured with a sweet and sour aroma.
