Traditional Russian Piroshki Belyash Fried each

Belyash, otherwise known as "Peremech" is a delicious fried-dough pastry which first emerged with the Tatar and Bashkir cuisines and was later adopted in many different variations in Eastern Europe. It's filled with a mouthwatering combination of onion and lightly seasoned pork mince and makes for a great quick meal on the go.

Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt, pork, onion, salt, black pepper, seasoning.

Typically served warm.
